It is always difficult to describe a car that really is better than most I see.  Although a truly superb rebuild, it was built to
use for reliable long drives, yet is equally capable of winning a show as evidenced by the various accolades already achieved.

The entire rebuild is photographed from start to finish, from a bare chassis to a finished car. The pictures show the quality of the engineering in the build of the axles, brakes, engine, steering, new bodywork and the quality paintwork.  New wheels with Blockley tyres are fitted, while the dashboard is correct in all detail with original chronometric speedo and rev. counter with handwind clock, correct switches and dash operated main/reserve petrol system.  The precise attention to steering, suspension and engine detail shown in the photo album explains why this is such a fine car to drive.  Furthermore the drive is enhanced by the addition of  neat turn signals, twin original r/v mirrors, and detatchable wind wings.    In addition there is a readily removable luggage rack.

The car is finished in Old Englsh White with the real bonus of a Collingburn interior and seating in Connolly apple green hide, wool carpeting and with the most accurate roof, tonneau & sidescreens in black mohair that I have seen for a long time. No struggling whatsoever to put the roof up, fits perfectly!

The car is accompanied by a huge history file, invoice file and correct DVLA paperwork confirming the original registration from new.

The TA MG carries the pre-war status and can be used therefore in numerous pre-war only events and is eligible for entry into the VSCC unlike the TC.  It is a MG that many people will want to own, so don't delay in viewing, and remember, like always,  that the extra few thousand pounds you spend  invariably tip the scales to buy you a proportionately far,  better motor car.

Any test, anytime, by prior appointment.

(Apologies, the flash shows the car as 'cream' rather than O/E white.)
