An incredibly original all-matching Nos. restoration done with meticulous attention to detail, enabling it to stand above the many PA's currently for sale in the UK.
Just 3 owners from new, the last of whom retained ownership for more than 60 years, and who undertook the detailed rebuild.
With only 2000 miles since completion, its use was curtailed by illness and parting with it became the only option. Although kept in a warm dry garage, we carried out a full recommissioning with the inclusion of brakes , steering, water pump and full engine service. It is comfortably capable of topping 70mph. In fact it drives remarkably well, and really will offer the new owner an enjoyable investment. It is also not a 'concours car', it is a drivers' car, but has lovely 2-tone green paintwork in the proper Ulster & Dublin gree, greens. This is complimentated by one of Mike Collingburn's superb apple green leather interiors, matching carpets and completely ununused brand new double duck weather equipment.
The dashboard carries all correct instrumentation, including the deluxe water & oil temp gauges, original divers helmet dsashlamps, factory auto lube system, and dash operated petrol reserve system to a new main/reserve tap. Further refinements include the very rare original SF24 ultra thin trafficator arms, operated in tandem with discreet turn signals in the side and tail lamps, with a useful waring signal.
This all-matching Nos. PA is finished with its original headlamps, original factory fitted Lucas No.226 foglamp, badge bar and aero screens. You couldn't want for much more, at this more than fair price; and it comes with original registration No. from new, factory chassis file, V5c, the old orig. buff log book, and even its WAR-TIME PETROL COUPONS!!
