It is very rare that something really different and interesting comes to the MG market.   Built in the style of the 'Cresta bodied MGs'  this beautifully bodied 'N' series Magnette houses the famous MG K3 drive train, producing continuous torque, with 80-90  BHP;  but providing the comfort, leg room and the ability to smash European rallies,  endurance tours such as the 'Flying Scotsman, or what else you choose to throw at it...    I know there are people out there paddling along in lesser MGs wishing they could do better,  and people looking for a sensibly priced 'winners' machine.   This is a true light-competition contender, as well as a lovely fast touring car, and one of a few MGs today that will last as a good investment.

This original MG NA  car is totally rebuilt from the chassis-up featuring an 'N' series over-head-camshaft straight-six 1300cc engine, coupled to an Armstrong pre-select gearbox, and driven via a Marshall 85 supercharger, through an 8:39 high ratio 4-star back axle. Dual spoked 'Borani' wheels and 13" hydraulic brakes with 'all-fin' drums will easily cope with today's road conditions. On test runs we quickly gained 10lbs. boost! and speeds approaching 85-mph with  still more in reserve. What more could you want?

The body work is all new by 'Penny of Banbury'  and the upholstery sports large adjustable beige hide bucket seats , matching leather interior, luggage space , full screen, aero screens and full tonneau cover.

The dashboard is quite spectacular, including rev. counter, speedometer, oil & water temps., oil pressure, head pressure, Ki-gass pump, supercharger vacuum/pressure gauge, dashlamps and the usual non-working 'Jaeger' 2" clock!

The paintwork is superb, and the chrome work perfect, including Lucas L150 headlamps, stoneguards , octagonal sidelamps, and there are discreet turn signals  in front & rear side & tail lamps.

It will be hard to find this power & comfort in such a handsome MG  and for far less cost than a K3 rep, yet you are getting that performance.   I really believe this unique MG will stand out for the sporty individual  in this world of declining pre-war interest, and at such a fair and honest price rather than the £100,000+ price it would have fetched a few years back;  and finally, if the wife is at all hesitant that your right foot might get excited, you can always have a look at the slightly more sedate sister car , also on our web-site!

Please ring for a viewing and test.             Worldide delivery.

(Sorry about the poor photography this time, way better in the flesh.)
